A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 5th August 1983

We have to discover the goal of human evolution, transcend our viññāṇic consciousness and realize pure consciousness. In that state of holiness one lives religiously. The best teacher here-now is our own body.
