Quietness makes us more sensitive to reality, manifest and unmanifest. There is clearer perception, less psychical turmoil, greater peace of mind. First hold the tongue and listen. Let the chatter in the brain subside. The brain itself undergoes transformation. We become as a Holy Grail.
