A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 13th November 1981
True meditative state is neti, neti. Renounce every self-oriented impulse. Look and listen with total attention. No “fighting” evil — only transformation. When ill states arise, consider them very deeply. Freedom from evil — deeper insights, free of distress. We open the door to Nirvāṇa. Thus we can live the good life.
