Our self centredness prevents us from seeing the purpose of our existence. How can we see Truth? Observe completely, the object, event, etc., and one’s own helpless re-actions (from the brain). Does this seeing need effort? We start with effort to see, we reach a critical point, and then we see effortlessly.
