We are ignorant of what we are, our purpose of existence and goal. The importance of purification emphasised in the Muṇḍaka Upaniṣad. The senses (prāṇa) have fivefoldly entered into cetas. These five life-forms become the cords of communion. Purification by complete attentiveness, perfect observation.
