Religious discipline is regarded as a killjoy by the world. It embraces sensitivity, refinement and power of right response, not helpless reaction. See the fact as the fact. When the brain is quiet, it comes to its peak point as a pure instrument of observation. Feel everything that comes, but remain inwardly poised.
