A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 15th October 1976
Mind contains brain and psyche. Total seeing is of Mind, not the brain. When brain remains in the state of negation, it is free from reactivity. Then it sees the fact as the fact, undistorted. It must be quiet, an instrument of observation. No interference with the activity of Mind — this is true meditation.
