Prānāyāma means giving oneself to the living rhythm of the breathing. If one is established in one’s breath-rhythm, all one’s mental and physical activities will be as perfect as possible. All self-preoccupation will be absent. One will be fully attentive Now. Eternity, Transcendence manifest through one.
