A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 27th July 1975

Ordinary "paying attention" - "I", the subject, am attending to "you", the object. In total attentiveness, there is no distorting effect of the past (memories and concepts) upon the present. So you are awake to Totality, now, omnisciently, not encyclopaedically. It is the awakeness in the mode of awareness which is im-mortal.

Catalogue number D231
Duration 58 minutes
Recording quality Excellent - speech is very clear with little or no background noise
