How many of us are totally attentive, not “absorbed”, captivated, hypnotised? When attentive, all thought processes of the reactive type are absent. In total attentiveness you live Here-Now. The Now is the transformed state of the total past. “I am the ‘I’ which has given up ‘I’”.
