The transformation of mode of awareness of existence. The worldly mode is illusory, self/not-self. Attentiveness is the key. Wake up to the obtrusiveness of the “I”-consciousness upon the life process. Let the Hound of Heaven hold you in his jaws and he will lay you down on the altar of Transcendence.
