A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 28th February 1975

Attentiveness - listening to the stillness and silence within and without , to the Total Reality. The "I", the "me", is the source of conflict, separation, "fall". But how magical is the beauty of unselfconsciousness!
