A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 30th November 1974
When problems arise, we refer to past experience for guidance. Yet the Teachers have suggested a rejection of the past. Instead attend wholly to the Now. Cleanse psyche and body, and you can be wholly attentive Now. This is Yoga. The functioning of intelligence does away with all memories of the past, the resentments, the miseries. Thus there is liberation. Do it once, and you can do it always.
