Reviewing the day promotes growth of wide-awakeness. Sammā sati can be done only by oneself for oneself. Sati brings complete purification of the whole psyche. Absorb everything unpossessively. Unpossessive love. Holiness is there. Feel out the nature of cosmic harmony. When true silence is realized there is a transmutation of the mind.
