A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 18th October 1974

Every stimulus received is related to "I". Every reaction comes from the self-centre. Isolative self-consciousness bedevils perception - a root of sorrow. Fundamental mistakes by us with our living process are the root of dis-ease. The measure of living is not in terms of material objects, but in terms of what happens to the psyche, which holds the key to everything.
