In peace and poise, we begin with the end — Transcendence. Out of the psyche come all forces determining our lives. Be free of worldly values and let the Unknown play its part unobstructed by us. Sīlas are the basis. Mindfulness is necessary. Sati is the most important thing in religious discipline.
