A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 8th March 1974
A short meditation: ease of body and mind. Consider the difference between pleasure and happiness. Happiness is the state of ease, calm. Pleasure is not calm, is sensational disturbance, and eats away our life. Free of the image, I can be fully aware. Then I look with love, listen, feel, etc. There is communion, not mere intellectual comprehension or analysis.
