The growth of insight into Truth, the dispelling of illusion. “He who doth crush the great conceit ‘I am’, he is the blissful one” (Mahāvagga). What is attentiveness? By listening to yourself, you awaken to all that is ill within you. Can you be in the state of listening for no sound at all?
