"Come unto Me" means "Come to the state of perfection." "I" - aham - the one and only universal "I". This Totality will give you rest. "All ye that toil and are heavy-laden." What do we toil about? Look within and see the truth of ourselves. We toil for self-indulgence, pleasure, etc.
