A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 3rd August 1973
Let the mind awake to the reality of the body, skeleton, muscles, etc. It is made up of solids, liquids, gases. Temperature maintenance, circulation, metabolism, constant activity of brain and nervous system. The interchange with “external” materials, food, drink, air. Thus we are the “elements” of the world. If we are sensitive enough, we awake to the fact that “my” body in reality is the universal body, including psyche, mind, spirit — One Reality, a Universe. Recorded at the 1973 Dilkusha Summer School.
