A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 13th July 1973
Quotations from Tibetan Yoga and Secret Doctrines (W.Y. Evans-Wentz) on concentration of mind without using objects. A meditation: establish the breath rhythm, no intrusion of desire or thought. Take a thought as it arises, see how it is conditioned. The secret is to be free of the way in which we are conscious, namely image-building activity, which veils the actual truth.
