It is necessary to meditate. We have to free ourselves from conditioning. The Ātman is omnipresent, so much so that I am not. It is indestructible, unborn, undying. It is unattached — it <>is me. It is Totality, the inner controller, the immortal. The Ātman’s Eternity is implanted, and manifests through everything.
