A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 12th January 1973

Viśvakarman is the All-Creating One. The hymns to Hiraṇyagarbha (Ṛg-Veda 10.121) and to Viśvakarman (Ṛg-Veda 10.82) read and expounded. The "Waters" represent the activity of the mind in deep meditation, which will produce on emergence the thought-speech representing this deep state. The first section of the Paingala Upaniṣad summarised.
