A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 26th September 1971

How efficiently do people live the religious life? Freedom from self/not-self awareness. Selfness is like a poisonous snake. Turning this poisonous snake into the serpent of wisdom. "I" is an abstraction by mind out of our sense impressions of the phenomenon called "body." Keep the body healthy and the mind free from grasping.
