A talk given by Phiroz Mehta at Dilkusha, Forest Hill, London on 1st August 1971

Religious living is a process of awakening and growing into one whole being. Our practice is ineffective because we see and deal with the name, not with the wounded mind itself. The mind must "mind" its wounds (such as anger, fear, etc.) Look intently at the word. Follow the "impurity" and it will resolve itself.
