On 6th November 1999, Michael and Wendy Piggott invited Newsletter readers to a Technology Open Day at their office in Sidcup. A number of people attended and everyone had a most enjoyable time. June Searle and Tim Surtell were also there to explain things, and June gave us a most interesting short talk. We also saw how the Newsletter is produced and the Trust website managed, and we had a go on the computers! All this was accompanied by a delicious buffet lunch. Many thanks to our hosts for a most instructive and interesting day.
